Payments & Renewals

The payment and renewal of services has never been easier. For existing clients, around 60 days before expiration of annual services, (or 10 days before renewal of monthly services), you will receive an invoice confirming your services and the amount due.

When you receive this notice, simply fill in the form at the bottom of this page, quoting your invoice number and amount, together with your details, and make your credit/debit card payment through our secure WorldPay system.

The renewal period for services always begins at the end of the current term. If you have ordered additional services at a later dates, you will simply receive separate renewal notices based on the dates that these services were ordered.

Internet Domain Services does not receive any of your details, so you can be certain they are always safe. We only receive confirmation that you have paid.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after making your payment. Please print out the email and keep it in a safe place as your receipt.

If you are ever dissatisfied with the services we provide, we will try our very best to put the matter right. If we cannot satisfy you, we will offer you an appropriate refund, or credit for further services.
